These light barriers operate with a pulsing visible red light. The transmitter an recipient are arranged in an enclosed casing side by side. The light emitted by the transmitter is reflected by a triple mirror and returned to the recipient.
Using a polarisation filter extensively eliminates any adverse reflection from reflecting.
The entire electronical system of the transmitter and recipient forms an integral functional unit and is accommodated in an M30 and/or M18 housing.
